شروط الاستخدام
استخدامك لتطبيق «سلّتي» معناه إنك موافق على هذي الشروط.
الخدمة
«سلّتي» أداة تساعدك تحسب إجمالي مشترياتك وتتابع ميزانيتك وأنت تتسوق. والأسعار اللي تظهر في التطبيق هي اللي تدخلها أنت، أو اللي يقرأها التطبيق من بطاقة السعر أو يتذكرها من مرة سابقة.
دقة الأسعار
الإجمالي في التطبيق تقديري. وممكن يختلف عن المبلغ عند الكاشير، بسبب العروض، أو تغيّر الأسعار، أو الضريبة، أو خطأ في قراءة بطاقة السعر. والمبلغ اللي يعتمد هو اللي في فاتورة المحل.
الاستخدام المجاني والاشتراك
- تقدر تستخدم التطبيق مجانًا لعدد محدد من السلات.
- بعدها تحتاج اشتراك «سلّتي برو» عشان تبدأ سلات جديدة.
- ممكن يكون مع الاشتراك فترة تجريبية مجانية. ومدتها والسعر بعدها يظهرون بوضوح قبل ما تأكد.
- الدفع يكون من حسابك في Apple أو Google وقت ما تأكد الشراء، أو بعد نهاية الفترة التجريبية.
- الاشتراك يتجدد تلقائيًا بنفس المدة والسعر، إلا إذا ألغيته قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل.
- تقدر تدير اشتراكك أو تلغيه في أي وقت من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر. والإلغاء يسري من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
- إذا ما استخدمت كل الفترة التجريبية واشتركت قبل نهايتها، يسقط الباقي منها.
- طلبات استرداد المبالغ تخضع لسياسات Apple أو Google.
الاستخدام المقبول
توافق إنك ما تحاول تتجاوز نظام الاشتراك، ولا تفكك التطبيق، ولا تستخدمه بطريقة مخالفة للأنظمة.
إخلاء المسؤولية
التطبيق مقدّم «كما هو». وما نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة تنتج عن الاعتماد على الإجمالي التقديري، أو عن توقف الخدمة مؤقتًا.
شروط المتجر
على أجهزة Apple، تنطبق كمان اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple.
القانون المطبق
تخضع هذي الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
التغييرات والتواصل

By using Sallati you agree to these terms.
The service
Sallati helps you total up your shopping and track your budget while you shop. Prices in the app are the ones you enter, read from a price tag, or remembered from a previous scan.
Price accuracy
The total in the app is an estimate. It may differ from what you pay at the checkout because of promotions, price changes, VAT or a misread price tag. The store receipt is what counts.
Free use and subscription
- You can use the app for free for a limited number of carts.
- After that, a Sallati Pro subscription is required to start new carts.
- The subscription may include a free trial; its length and the price after it are shown clearly before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase or when the free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to bypass the subscription system, reverse-engineer the app, or use it unlawfully.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the estimated total or from temporary unavailability of the service.
Store terms
On Apple devices, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
